Appointments & BookingDo I need to book an appointment?
We highly recommend booking in advance, especially during the summer and holiday seasons. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability.
Can I book through Instagram?
We don't take bookings through Instagram. Please use our online booking system so your appointment is confirmed correctly.
I'm not sure which service to book.
If you're unsure which service to book, simply book a Consultation through our online booking system. We'll discuss your hair goals, assess your hair, and recommend the best service for you.
Colour ServicesShould I come with clean or dirty hair?
For colour appointments, either is generally fine. Very oily hair or heavy product buildup can affect results, so clean-ish hair is ideal.
How often should I refresh my blonde?
Most blondes refresh every 8–12 weeks, with a toner every 6–8 weeks to keep brassiness away.
Hair Extensions
What type of extensions do you offer?
We offer both K-tip (keratin bond) extensions and hand-tied/weft extensions.
Which extensions are right for me?
That depends on your hair type, lifestyle, budget, and goals. During your consultation we'll recommend the best option.
How long do extensions last?
With proper maintenance, your investment can last many months. Maintenance appointments are required to keep your hair healthy and looking its best.
Do you offer extension consultations?
Yes. We require a consultation before ordering hair.
What is a keratin smoothing treatment?
A keratin smoothing treatment helps reduce frizz, improve manageability, and cut down styling time while leaving your hair smoother and shinier.
Will it make my hair completely straight?
Not necessarily. It softens texture and reduces frizz but doesn't permanently straighten your hair.
How long does it last?
Typically 3–5 months with the proper shampoo and home care.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We provide on-location bridal hairstyling throughout Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, and the surrounding mountain parks.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes, we highly recommend booking a bridal preview before your wedding day.
Do you style large bridal parties?
Yes! We have a team of stylists and can accommodate larger groups.
Do you offer makeup services?
At this time, we only offer hairstyling services. However, we'd be happy to recommend some amazing local makeup artists for your wedding day.
Wedding Hair
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
What happens if I'm late?
If you're running late, please let us know. Depending on our schedule, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
Do you require deposits?
Some longer appointments, wedding bookings, and extension services require a deposit to secure your booking.
